Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
(a) For Johor & Melaka State, delivery & installation (Optional) usually will takes about 2 - 10 working days. We will schedule & coordinate with your convenient timetable for installation. Cash-On-Delivery (COD) is available after installation completed. Please call 018-2199155 for installation arrangement.
(b) For Penisular Malaysia, delivery usually will takes about 2 - 7 working days upon received the payment.

Q. How can I track my shipment?
We appointed Nationwide Express & GD Express as our delivery services partner. You can track your shipment by Nationwide Express / GD Express.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at [email protected] with the message title “Request To Cancel Order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancelled.
Q. What meaning of "Special Order"? Can I purchase the "Special Order Filtration System"?
Yes, definitely can. Special Order product means that particular product is not in our inventory. But we do provide specially order from our manufacturer for you upon your request. It normally takes 5 - 10 days upon received the payment. Cash-On-Delivery (COD) is Not Available for Special Order products.
Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
